How will my Goods be shipped?
Most orders will be dispatched same day if ordered before 2.00pm using a tracked courier service such as UPS, for UK orders this usually means that goods are with you within 2 working days from point of order.
Large or bulk orders are usually dispatched next day and typically delivered within 2-3 working days from date of order to UK mainland locations.
If you are outside the UK please email us as we do delivery worldwide but we first need to check courier rates to get the best deal for you.
Special arrangements can be made for premium services where a faster delivery time is required or guaranteed, this will normally incur an additional postal cost, contact us for further details should this be a requirement and we will obtain the most competitive price available.
What if Goods are faulty on arrival?
We do everything possible to ensure that products are sent out in perfect condition, extensive quality checks are adhered to. However, in the unlikely event that your goods do arrive faulty please e-mail info@knightkit.co.uk within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for the goods to be collected and a replacement delivered at no extra charge.
What if Goods are damaged in transit?
It is the responsibility of the Customer to inspect the goods for damage BEFORE signing for receipt of goods where a courier service has been used. If you are unhappy with the condition of the merchandise you should inform the driver and refuse delivery. Unfortunately, once you have provided written acceptance for the goods it is almost impossible for us to file a successful claim for compensation with the courier.
What is our warranty policy?
All of our products come with our manufacturer’s warranty. Typically this is for a minimum of one year. Specifics on getting warranty service will depend on the item and the nature of the problem.
We cannot however guarantee against misuse or mishap where for example an item might have been dropped or for general wear and tear where the item may have been used to the point where its component parts have simply worn out i.e. some flexible products use wiring that if bent often enough will eventually break.
Therefore should a product show signs of wear and tear consistent with signs of use your warranty might be voided. However should you believe that there is a justifiable warranty claim please return the item and we will investigate further.
What about Cancellations/Refunds and Returns
We aim to dispatch orders same day so if you do wish to cancel an order you need to notify us immediately otherwise you may incur postal charges. Email info@knightkit.co.uk or call 0121 233 4242 / 0121 357 0350.
A full refund will be credited to your account if the goods have not left our premises, however if goods have been dispatched you will need to return them at your own cost using a tracked delivery service.
If returned in the same condition as we dispatched we will provide a refund within 3 working days for the order value less the postage and packaging amount. (Where goods are faulty through no fault of your own we will replace or refund your order fully).
Your statutory rights are not affected.
